All the products from SofieB come with a lifetime guarantee. This is because we want you to be assured that all our products are high fired in a kiln to 860 degrees. This ensures that the colours sink under the surface of the glaze and are therefore sealed for life. Apart from accidental breakage we can assure you that the ceramic transfers we use are extremely durable, dishwasher and microwave safe.
 
Please dont  confuse this process with other cheaper  and less durable applications like dye sublimation which
many other companies use. Our ceramic process does ensure that our products will literally last a lifetime..... thats a guarantee!
