Sofie B tries at all times to ensure that goods ordered are despatched within the 28 day deadline. However we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or by other companies delays or failure to deliver.

On personalised mugs no responsibility can be taken by Sofie B for errors in the text made by the customer at the time of ordering.

The nature of the ceramic process has its limitations and sometimes it is difficult to reproduce certain colours, we will always strive to replicate customers special requests although we obviously cannot guarantee exact matching.

On personalised mugs the final layout and positioning of the text is at the discretion of our lithographers.

We must be notified by email about any damaged deliveries or missing items within 48 hrs of delivery otherwise responsibility cannot be accepted for credit or replacement. All damaged goods should be returned to us at the cost of the customer.
